How to book a service at Blue Cactus Spa?


Select the service(s) that you are interested in recieving from our service menu. Enter your contact information, then input your credit/or debit card information. 50% of your service is due at the time of booking. The remaining 50% is due 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If you are booking your appointment exactly 24 hours before your desired appointment date, 100% of the appointment cost will be charged at time of booking. *This fee is non-refundable All appointments require 24 hours notice before the scheduled date to be confirmed. To secure your appointment you will also have to complete the Client Intake Form and Covid-19 guest questionaire.




Can you schedule multiple services?


Yes. You can book multiple services. After you select a service, you can select another service by selecting the add button. If additional services are required onsite, this will only be accepted if time permits. These additional services can only be paid for using our contactless point of sale system.




Why do you need to complete Client Intake and Covid-19 Guest questionnaires?


In order to administer the best services for your skincare concerns, complete the client intake form in it's entirety. Indicate any medical conditions or disabilities that may be affected by your treatment such as high-blood pressure, allergies, heart ailments or pregnancy. Due to the current times, we also have a brief medical questionaire you will have to complete potential Covid-19 exposures. This form will be given to the front desk for a seamless check-in process into the building. * Note - Incomplete forms will automatically void your appointments.




If I do not have a debit or credit card, can I schedule a service?


Unfortunately, all appointments need to be secured by a valid US debit or credit card. We are not able to process any reservation without this means of payment. Debit/Credit cards are the only means of payment. Blue Cactus is a contactless payment and check-in spa.




Is Blue Cactus website secure?


Your credit card information is sent to Square's secure server. Square uses the latest secure technology available, which encrypts all your personal and credit and debit card details. The encryption method used is the industry standard along with firewalls which protects their servers and network against unauthorized access. Our website does not collect any credit card information. Your entire payment process is completed by Square.




Can I reschedule my appointment?


Clients can reschedule scheduled appointments up to 24 hours before your appointment.

You can reschedule your appointment only once from the original date/and timeslot. If the appointment needs to be rescheduled again, this will be considered a no-show appointment and the full amount (100% of the cost of the book services) will become forfeited.

I'm running late, what happens to my scheduled appointment?


Please call if you anticipate being late. Your service time will be reduced after a 10-minute grace period. This policy is in place to ensure that we respect all of our scheduled clients.




What happens if I missed for my scheduled appointment?


No-show appointments will be charged the entire amount of the services scheduled. * This is non-refundable




I need to cancel my scheduled appointment.  What now?


All cancellations of services require 24 hours notice. Cancelled appointments that are completed less than 24 hours before scheduled services will be charged 50% of the booking. * This charge is non-refundable.




How many people are allowed in the spa at a given time?


We only allow the client recieving the service in the spa at the time of service. No guests are allowed.




How old do you have to be to receive a service?


You must be 21 years of age to receive a service at the spa.




What are my steps to checking in for my appointment the day of?


Double check that you have recieved your confirmation email, completed all required forms, Client Intake and Covid-19 Guest questionaire 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.

When you arrive check in at the front desk, they will have you completed guest questionaire and let your esthetician know that you have arrived for your appointment.

Please note* We ask that you only 5 minutes before your appointment to have less time in the waiting area and in line with our 6 feet social distancing rule.




What is the Client Intake form?


The Client Intake form questions offer insights for how to develop a long-term treatment plan and manage your skin health safety. This intake form also provides a deeper understanding of your perception and goals for your skin. Thorough completion of the medical intake form is your estheticians first-step in ensuring you as a clients overall well-being and to avoid complications




What is the Guest Covid-19 questionaire?


The COVID -19 form is a prescreening health exposure questionnaire for entrance into the building. This questionnaire helps us keep the facilities staff, you as the client and us safe. This will need to be completed upon service booking and will be left at the front desk for seamless entry.




What is Blue Cactus doing to protect me from the Covid0-19 virus?


All clients prior to entering the spa must are screened thru our building Covid-19 questionaire.

Mask are manditory: All clients are required to wear their own mask to and from the spa

All clients tempertures is taken prior to start of service.

We space out appointments so there are fewer clients in the spa any given day. We will be sanitizing and disinfecting before and after each client.




Can I walk into the spa and have a service completed?


No, Blue Cactus is an appointment only spa. Walk-in appointments are not available.
